On Sunday, August 13, Idol Philippines Season 2 named the Top 6 female contenders who will move to the Live semifinals.
After the boys, it's time for the girls to showcase their singing prowess to get the chance to move to the next round.
And after their solo round, 6 names were chosen by the Idol judges Moira, Chito, Gary V and Regine; Nisha Bedana, Ryssi Avila, Trisha Gomez, Ann Raniel, Misha de Leon, and Delly Cuales.
The Top 6 girls will join the Top 6 male contenders; JP Fabia, Anthony Meneses, Drei Sugay, Kice, Khimo Gumatay and Bryan Chong and will compete in the next week's Live gala.
