Gwendolyn Fourniol of Negros Occidental is the new Miss World Philippines 2022.
In the finals night held Sunday, June 5 at the Mall of Asia Arena, Fourniol bested 35 other equally beautiful and empowered Filipinas to win the Miss World Philippines crown and the right to represent the country in the Miss World 2022 pageant later this year.
Fourniol is one of the heavy favorites to win the crown based of final predictions by different pageant websites.
Aside from the Miss World Philippines title, Fourniol was also named Best In Evening Gown and winner of the Beach Beauty fasttrack event.
Meanwhile, joining Fourniol in the winning circle are Alison Black of Las Pinas as Miss Supranational PH 2022, Ashley Montenegro of Makati as Miss Eco International PH 2022, Ingrid Santamaria of Paranaque as Reina Hispano Americana Filipinas 2022 and Beatriz Mclelland of Aklan as Miss Eco-Teen International PH 2022.
Justine Felizarta of Marikina was named 1st runner up or Miss World PH Tourism 2022 and Cassandra Chan of San Juan as 2nd runner up or Miss World PH Charity 2022.
