Alawi was named 4th Most Beautiful Face among the 100 celebrities around the world. Ivana's latest ranking was a 7-place jump from her 11th ranking last year.
Joining Ivana in the list are Liza Soberano who ranked 18th this year, Janine Gutierrez a first-timer at number 78 and Filipino-American singer Bella Porch at the 95th spot.
Blackpick's Lisa Manoban was named as this year's Top 1 Most Beautiful Face in the World.
TC Candler’s annual “Most Beautiful Faces” list started in 1990 and is organized by the Independent Critics, which claims to be a diverse group of approximately 20 people living in various parts of the world according to its website.
