On Thursday, February 27, ABS-CBN's film outfit Star Cinema has announced the prequel to the hit family comedy-drama Four Sisters and a Wedding.
In an Instagram post, Star Cinema teased the movie fans for its soon to be prequel.
The movie will be produced by Star Cinema's sub-brand SCX under the direction of Giselle Andres who was Cathy Garcia Molina's assistant director in the original Four Sisters and a Wedding movie.
Four Sisters Before the Wedding will be top billed by Kapamilya young stars Alexa Ilacad as Bobbie, Gillian Vicencio as Alex, Charlie Dizon as Teddie, and Belle Mariano as Gabbie.
Released in 2013, the original movie featured the lives of the Salazar sisters played by Bea Alonso, Angel Locsin, Toni Gonzaga and Shaina Magdayao who reunited to plan a plan to block their brother's (Enchong Dee) wedding to her 'chararat' fiance played by Angeline Quinto.
So to all Team Bobbie, Team Alex, Team Teddie and Team Gabbie here's your chance to get to know their characters during their teenage years. Expect another bunch of iconic lines and scenes in this one.
