Starting Monday, January 6, 2020, Catriona will be part of the Kapamilya noontime show as pitch hitter to Anne Curtis who is currently in maternity leave.
Catriona's addition to the family of Showtime coincides the noontime show's newest segment Little Ms. U, a pageant like contest for the young girls who dreamed of being a beauty queen someday.
The news about Catriona's It's Showtime stint was confirmed by ABS-CBN showbiz reporter MJ Felipe via twitter.

Catriona came back to the country last December 11 after a year of reign as Miss Universe.
During interview with the reporters at NAIA, the former Miss Universe said she's excited to comeback home and she's looking forward to all the upcoming work she'll be doing.
"First off, I'm so excited to be back home. Although I've traveled a lot back to the Philippines during this year, now it's really a homecoming trip because my reign as Miss Universe has ended.
Aside from co-hosting It's Showtime, the Philippine's 4th Miss Universe will also be busy writing a book about “Conquering Your Universe" after signing a book deal with ABS-CBN publishing.
