British Queen Elizabeth II passed away, Thursday, September 8.
The longest reigning British monarch in the history died peacefully at the Balmoral Castle in Scotland according to the pronouncement of the Royal Family.
Queen Elizabeth was 96.
Following her death, his eldest son Prince Charles is set to formally assume the throne as King Charles III.
