MMFF 2021 Gabi ng Parangal Full List of Winners

The annual Metro Manila Film Festival has once more honored the best in this year's 47th MMFF Gabi ng Parangal 2021.

Held Monday, December 27 at the Samsung Hall of SM Aura Premier in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, 8 films vie for the top award of Best Picture which was given to Jun Lana's black comedy feature Big Night!.

Top acting awards meanwhile goes to Charo Santos for Best Actress in the heavy drama film Kun Maupay It Panahon and Christian Bables as Best Actor for Big Night!

Daniel Padilla on the other hand was given the Special Jury Prize for his role in Kun Maupay It panahon.

Best Editing: Lawrence Fajardo (A Hard Day)
Best Cinematography: Carlo Canlas Mendoza (Big Night!)
Best Production Design: Juan Manuel Alcazaren (Kun Maupay Man It Panahon)
Best Visual Effects: Mofac Creative Studio Works, Hue Media, Quantum Post and Ogie Tiglao (Kun Maupay Man It Panahon)

Best Sound: Albert Michael Idioma (A Hard Day)
Best Musical Score: Teresa Barrozo (Big Night!)
Best Original Theme Song: 'Umulan Man o Umaraw" (Huling Ulan sa Tag-Araw)

Special Jury Prize: Daniel Padilla (Kun Maupay Man It Panahon)
Gatpuno Antonio Villegas Cultural Award: Kun Maupay Man It Panahon)
Fernando Poe Jr. Memorial Award: A Hard Day

The annual film festival will run until January 7, 2022 in theaters nationwide.
