Using his PGT winning piece, The Prayer which is his solo duet, Pomoy impressed the judges and the audience of the american reality singing competition giving him standing ovation.
One of the judges, Howi Mandel praised the Pinoy singer's unique and beautiful voice. He even joked that Marcelito might have a young woman trapped inside his body.
The 2 girl judges who were the first to stand-up even at the middle of the performance were all praised also for Pomoy.
"I want to see something different, something unique and Marcelito you just gave that to us. It was absolutely brilliant," Dixon said.
For her part, Heidi Klum said it might be the craziest thing she ever heard in her entire life. She commended Pomoy's voice and range which according to her is out of this world.
"Honestly, this is one of the craziest things I ever heard in my entire life. Your voice, your range, your sound is just so out of this world," Klum commented.
Meanwhile, the hardest to please Simon Cowell was also swept by Marcelito's great talent.
According to him, it was a perfect 10 performance which definitely should get to the next round.
"That was what I call a 10, a simple as that. I have a feeling that the super fans will put you through to the next round," said Simon.
